Job offer : CDII Development Manager (M/F)
The role
As part of the establishment of an Interim CDI Department, we have created the position of Interim CDI Development Director (M/F) to support the development of the CDII within the Agence Emploi family.
Your missions will be as follows:
- Support agencies and Sector Directors in the development of the Interim CDI,
- Train and operationally upskill the network on the CDII solution,
- Lead meetings, webinars, capsules...
- Propose and assist in the creation of internal and external communication materials for the CDII,
- Externally, you promote the CDII solution to suspects, prospects, and clients of the Group.
- You set objectives with Management and ensure the monitoring of these objectives.
- You have a CDII HR Officer in your team whose monitoring and upskilling you will ensure.
The profile we're looking for
You have successful experience in a commercial role. You have experience at least at a regional level with managerial responsibilities. Endowed with a strong commercial sense, you are proactive, autonomous, organized, and a force of proposal.
