Job offer : On-site Agency Deployment Manager (M/F)
The role
Actual Inside is looking for an On-site Agency Deployment Manager (M/F), to be filled as soon as possible, on a permanent contract (CDI).
Reporting to the deployment management, you will lead the deployment of new on-site agencies throughout France. Based on the client's specifications, you will design customized operational processes and train teams in the field (tools, methods, and business specificities).
Main missions
1. Process engineering and integration
- Needs analysis: study the client's specifications and define a work organization adapted to their environment
- Operational modeling: architect and deploy the entire temporary work management cycle:
- Collection and clarification of needs.
- Sourcing, selection, and recruitment of temporary workers.
- Integration and job onboarding.
- Monitoring of service and client satisfaction.
- Quality & Safety: develop dedicated action plans (risk prevention, integration, training, etc.).
2. Training and team support
- Train employees on IT tools and internal software.
- Transmit the specific processes deployed at the client's site.
- Support the development of skills in the temporary work business.
The profile we're looking for
For this position, we are looking for people with the following skills
- Experience in temporary agency management, an interest in implants would be a plus
- A real interest in time optimization or management processes
Travel throughout France is to be expected for this position.
