The role

Reporting to the Operations Department, you will manage a sector comprising several social residences and accommodation structures. As a guarantor of service quality, economic performance, and team cohesion, you will implement the association's operational policy within your perimeter.

Your objectives are structured around 4 major axes

Management of residence teams

Lead, support, and develop the skills of your staff (residence managers, administrators).

Manage sector recruitment in close liaison with the Human Resources Department.

Set individual (EIA) and collective objectives, define action plans, and monitor their execution.

Organize the fluid circulation of upward and downward information and ensure compliance with existing procedures.

Management of rental and social administration

Analyze the occupancy rate, monitor the processing of accommodation requests, and ensure the proper use of the business ERP.

Provide methodological and operational support to local teams in mastering processes.

Management of customer relations & Living environment

Ensure the compliance of offers with the group's quality standards (contract monitoring, inventory of fixtures, length of stay).

Manage the implementation of animation and residential life projects in synergy with the local associative fabric.

Management of economic performance

Optimize turnover, occupancy rate (TOC), and control rental vacancies in compliance with defined budgets.

Supervise the collection chain for unpaid debts in liaison with the pre-litigation/litigation department.

Monitor the completion of technical interventions and works in coordination with the Technical Department.

Consolidate activity reporting elements and present monitoring indicators for your sector.

Note: You may be required to provide reinforcement for the activity of other sectors in case of occasional absence of a peer.

The profile we're looking for

You must hold a CAFERUIS (Bac +3/4) or have a higher education degree in real estate/rental management (Bac +2 minimum) incorporating a strong managerial and organizational dimension.

You have at least 3 years of successful experience in managing a decentralized portfolio, ideally within the social housing, supported housing, or service residence sector.

Organized, methodical, and rigorous, you have real oral and written ease, as well as a strong capacity for team training and negotiation.

Mobility & Location

Position based in Paris 19th, with regular travel to be expected in the South / South-East Île-de-France sector and occasional national mobility according to business needs.
