Job Description

The Fruit & Vegetable Department Manager is responsible for leading and managing the commercial activity of the department while ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction. He/She ensures the economic profitability of his/her perimeter, manages his/her operating account, and supervises his/her team on a daily basis. As a true entrepreneur in the field, he/she develops trusting partnerships with local suppliers and producers while ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety rules. You will report hierarchically to the Store Manager.

Your main missions will be

• Define and bring to life the commercial project of the department by selecting quality products
• Maintain relationships of trust with local suppliers and partners
• Recruit, onboard, train, and support your employees on a daily basis
• Manage your operating account and optimize the profitability of your department
• Ensure the perfect appearance of the department (freshness, staging, stock management, and waste management)

• Salary: Between €37k and €40k gross annual
• Start date: As soon as possible
• Location: Bordeaux and its metropolitan area (CUB) - Geographical mobility (mandatory) required in the CUB sector
