Job offer : Project Manager (M/F)

Reporting directly to the Director of Development and Asset Management, you play a key role in the growth and modernization of the organization's housing stock. You support them in the overall management of new real estate programs or management takeovers in all their aspects (technical, legal, commercial, and financial), from the feasibility study to operational commissioning.

Your main missions

• Feasibility studies and project setup: Upon solicitation from partners, you conduct field visits to validate the commercial opportunity of future projects. You perform technical, legal, administrative, and financial analyses of the operations. In close collaboration with development officers, you manage the administrative setup of files for presentation and validation by the Board.
• Monitoring of real estate operations: You manage the progress of construction or takeover phases in direct liaison with project owners and external service providers. As a guarantor of schedule compliance, you ensure the proper delivery of equipment (furniture, materials) in coordination with the quality officer, and you manage any technical or administrative disputes.
• Commercial launch and commissioning: You orchestrate the reception of operations with internal and external departments. In synergy with the Customer Department, the Communication & Marketing department, and the Information Systems Manager (RSI), you prepare the complete commercial launch of the residences (definition of the fee schedule, creation of residence fact sheets, deployment of signage).
• Budgetary and administrative management: You develop and monitor calls for tenders for site equipment, ensure strict compliance with signature circuits for agreements, and actively participate in the development of the Medium-Term Plan (PMT) as well as budget construction.

You hold a Bac +2 or Bac +3 level diploma and you have confirmed experience of at least 4 years in a similar real estate project management position, ideally acquired in the social housing sector.

Experienced in field requirements, you possess solid technical knowledge to evaluate the compliance of achievements with specifications and safety standards, as well as advanced financial skills to integrate and optimize budgetary assumptions.

A true project manager, you are methodical, rigorous, and endowed with a strong spirit of synthesis that allows you to manage several large-scale operations simultaneously. Your responsiveness, creativity, and keen sense of initiative allow you to adapt quickly to the unforeseen and the expectations of different clients.

On a relational level, you demonstrate excellent oral and written ease, a great capacity for listening, and a natural aptitude for collaborating with varied interlocutors (internal departments, partners, project owners).

You perfectly master the essential office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and must possess a B license to ensure frequent travel in Ile-de-France and the region. Finally, your ability to make proposals and your taste for versatility will allow you to fully flourish within a human-sized structure, focused on the social and solidarity economy.
