Job offer : Production Manager in Corporate Catering (M/F)

Main Missions

➢ Production

• Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety (HACCP) and participate in updating the PMS
• Supervise production and transmit technical directives to the cooks
• Develop menus in collaboration with the team
• Design new recipes and write technical sheets
• Ensure the quality, seasonality, and value for money of products
• Participate in selecting and referencing local suppliers
• Organize the events calendar

➢ Management

• Manage all cooks, in collaboration with the head chef, ensuring team cohesion and motivation
• Lead team meetings
• Participate in team evaluations (annual reviews)
• Detect potential and training needs of the cooks
• Participate in recruitment

➢ Management and Performance

• Undertake the necessary action plans for the deployment of new projects
• Report on performance indicators (reporting, uptake rate, costs, ...)
• Engage in performance actions and ensure their follow-up
• Optimize work organization and scheduling
• Ensure a watch on subjects concerning the kitchen

Preferred original sectors

• Collective catering

• CSE structures or similar

Technical skills

• Mastery of menu construction and recipe sheets
• Knowledge of management software
• Skills in cold chain (to be developed)
• Project vision and ability to anticipate

Managerial skills

• Ability to manage and develop teams

• Sense of feedback and support
• Balance between necessary authority and human approach
