The context

Within our Lyon office, we are looking for the Branch Manager who will organize the growth of their employees and their Turnover.

YOUR MISSION: Build, Recruit, Succeed

1. Business Development (The heart of the reactor)

• Conquer: Deploy our specialized temporary staffing offer to large groups and SMEs in a growing sector.

• Capitalize: Transform our existing framework agreements into concrete opportunities.

• Advise: Become the strategic partner of your clients by understanding their technical and human challenges.

2. Sourcing & Talent Acquisition

• Unearth: Use the best tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, Jobboards) to identify rare gems.

• Evaluate: Conduct in-depth interviews to detect the technical potential and the "soft skill" that will make the difference.

• Accompany: Be the coach of your candidates, from the first approach to their integration.

3. Excellence Management

• Ensure rigorous monitoring of your missions to guarantee impeccable client/candidate satisfaction.

• Lead and manage your team.

YOUR PROFILE: Expertise and Audacity

• Experience: You have at least 2 years of experience as a Consultant Manager. Previous experience in a temporary staffing agency is mandatory to master the codes of our profession.

• You wish to evolve into managerial functions and create your own team.

• Temperament: You are a "hunter" at heart, results-oriented, and capable of navigating with agility in an environment under construction.

• Assets: Excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity for technical sectors, and proactive.

• Mobility: Driving license (B) essential to meet your future clients.

• Package: 35 to 50 K€ (Fixed + attractive and uncapped variable).
