The role
Actual Group is recruiting for its division, Actual Inside, an On-site Agency Manager M/F for the North region (59) - on a permanent contract (CDI) to be filled as soon as possible.
Our on-site agencies offer integrated human resources management, facilitating the link between companies and temporary workers in a collaborative environment.
With an approach focused on customer satisfaction and temporary worker retention, our offer stands out for its expertise and flexibility.
After theoretical training, you will join your on-site agencies.
Missions
1. Commercial link with the client
- Be the privileged operational contact for our clients.
- Participate in steering meetings and ensure regular reporting of activities to the Sector Manager.
- Retain and follow up with clients, by measuring their satisfaction and implementing corrective actions if necessary.
- Ensure compliance with financial rules and analyze the operating account.
- Collaborate with the Process Manager for the setup of new implants.
2. Recruitment
- Initiate the implementation of processes defined by the Process Manager.
- Ensure quality assurance for clients and monitor employment-related risks.
- Organize visits and meetings with clients and temporary workers.
- Promote the agency's brand image through sourcing actions and establish partnerships with local organizations.
3. Management of account managers and account leads
- Manage profit centers while respecting objectives, while ensuring profitability and quality of services.
- Participate in the recruitment and training of account managers and account leads.
- Set objectives, organize actions, and control achievements.
- Develop team cohesion and motivate employees towards achieving objectives, while managing potential conflicts.

- Significant experience in account management, ideally in the temporary work sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and commercial skills.
- Ability to work in a team and motivate employees.
- Knowledge of labor law regulations and risk prevention.
- Autonomy, organization, and sense of responsibility.
