The role
Actual Médical, the expert branch of Actual Group, is a major player in the healthcare, recruitment, and temporary staffing sector, supporting candidates every year in CDI, CDD, Intérim, and vacation roles throughout France.
We are looking for a Branch Manager (M/F) based in Toulouse for a CDI position as soon as possible.
You will be responsible for the following tasks
Business Development
- Define the strategy and your action plan for the coming year
- Prospect companies in your geographical area by phone
- Define the commercial strategy
- Conduct in-person meetings
- Develop and negotiate commercial proposals
- Review collaboration with clients
Management
- Lead and supervise the existing team
- Develop the skills of agency staff
- Conduct annual performance reviews
Profit Center Management
- Budget preparation
- KPI monitoring
- Dispute management
The profile we're looking for
PROFILE
You ideally have at least a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) in HR/Business and 3 years of confirmed experience in a similar role or in an environment related to the medical sector.
More than skills, we are looking above all for soft skills!
You demonstrate responsiveness, excellent interpersonal skills, and enjoy human contact. Your rigor and sense of organization are recognized.
Endowed with excellent listening skills and an analytical mind, you are known for your ease in building relationships, your ability to argue, and your sense of service.
