Job offer : Tertiary Agency Manager (M/F)
The role
The ACTUAL Group is looking for an Agency Manager for its new ACTUAL agency in Lille, specializing in the TERTIARY sector.
Reporting to the Sector Director, you will manage the agency with complete autonomy and play a key role in its commercial and operational development. As a true conductor, you will make the strategic decisions necessary to achieve your growth objectives and ensure the performance of your agency.
Your missions will be as follows
- Driving company strategy
- Represent the brand and deploy the ACTUAL offer in your territory.
- Develop and steer the agency's development project in conjunction with your Sector Director.
- Analyze the local job market and propose strategic actions adapted to the needs of the territory and your clients.
- Profit center management
- Ensure the overall management of the agency by guaranteeing profitability and performance, in compliance with the Group's procedures and strategic guidelines.
- Regularly monitor and analyze the agency's financial results and implement the necessary corrective actions.
- Commercial development and local network animation
- Design, implement, and monitor commercial and recruitment actions to ensure the agency's growth.
- Actively prospect for new clients and develop existing partnerships, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty through quality service.
- Represent the agency and the ACTUAL Group in local economic networks and with institutional partners.
- Team management
- Manage and lead your team on a daily basis, establishing a dynamic of performance and cohesion.
- Support your employees in their skills development and professional growth.
The profile we're looking for
Profile sought
With a commercial or equivalent background, you have at least 5 years of successful experience in a position with commercial and managerial responsibilities, ideally acquired in an employment agency or a similar environment.
Your perfect knowledge of the local economic fabric and your keen sense of commercial development allow you to quickly identify opportunities and build lasting relationships with your partners.
Autonomous, rigorous, and organized, you know how to manage a profit center and make strategic decisions. Your interpersonal skills, natural leadership, and sense of customer service will make the difference.
