The role
The Actual group, specializing in recruitment and temporary staffing, is looking for an Agency Manager (M/F) to join its team in Haguenau.
As an Agency Manager, you will be the true pilot of your profit center.
Your main responsibilities include
- Business development: Identify and prospect new clients, retain and develop the existing portfolio.
- Agency management and steering: Ensure the profitability and growth of the agency by defining and implementing the commercial strategy.
- Team management: Supervise, lead, and develop the skills of your team of consultants and recruitment officers.
- Client relations and recruitment: Be the primary contact for partner companies and ensure the quality of recruitment and follow-up of temporary workers.
- Administrative and financial management: Monitor performance indicators, optimize processes, and ensure compliance with regulatory obligations.

- You have a strong sense of results, leadership, and the ability to unite teams.
- You are proficient in IT tools and agency management KPIs.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in a temporary employment agency, required for this position.
