Your main missions

1. Commercial development & Customer relationship: Tailor-made support: Advise and accompany each client with commitment in the realization of their travel projects, while ensuring lasting satisfaction.

Portfolio development: Animate the customer relationship, prospect, and build a portfolio of loyal enthusiasts.

Performance management: Define and steer the agency's commercial objectives via concrete actions (animations, events, targeted offers).

2. Influence & E-reputation

Digital visibility: Develop the agency's image and its e-reputation (optimized management of customer reviews, recommendation).

Local anchoring: Weave a solid network with local economic actors, partners, and prescribers to make the agency shine in its territory.

3. Organization & Management

Structuring the activity: Organize the daily life of the agency, optimize processes, and gradually structure growth.

Profile sought

Experience: You have successful experience in the tourism / travel agency sector.

Key skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, sharp commercial instinct, mastery of digital tools and online networks/reviews. Mastery of reservation and ticketing tools (GDS Amadeus).

Qualities: Autonomy, initiative, organizational rigor, and passion for customer satisfaction.

Remuneration: 2200 Gross monthly, mutual insurance, profit-sharing and participation to redistribute a share of the company's results to all employees.
