Missions: Plug into high-voltage projects

As a Branch Manager, you will accelerate your branch's performance through team management, the implementation of commercial policy, and the proper maintenance of your branch. You will also be responsible for ensuring quality service to all your clients in order to contribute to the company's economic results. Your missions will be to:

• Develop local branch sales

• Lead and develop the branch's clients by offering adapted services and offers,
• Develop the branch's attractiveness through regular commercial events,
• Maintain a privileged relationship with supplier representatives,
• Analyze the operating account and implement commercial actions.
• Manage internal teams
• Implement and lead managerial rituals,
• Communicate the branch and division's performance to your teams,
• Participate in the recruitment of branch employees,
• Encourage and develop the skills growth of employees.
• Ensure the best customer experience
• Develop a strong local relationship with your clients,
• Deliver a personalized, quality response to all your clients,
• Support and secure each employee in negotiation and price defense,
• Guide the client toward the most relevant channel according to their needs and operations,
• Actively participate in increasing the number of clients in connection with the sales force team.
• Ensure effective management of the commercial branch
• Ensure the safety of property and people while maintaining equipment and buildings,
• Manage or ensure the management of client disputes.

Profile sought: A professional in electricity with positive tension

• Sector experience: Experience in BtoB or BtoC distribution would be a plus.
