Job offer : Nuclear Sales Manager (M/F)
The role
Within the Nuclear Business Unit and reporting to the B. U. Director, you are responsible for business development and order intake for the nuclear activity.
You are involved in the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and identifying opportunities to negotiating and finalizing contracts. You also contribute to developing and maintaining relationships with clients in a demanding industrial environment with high technical stakes.
Your main missions
- Develop commercial prospecting in the Nuclear field, particularly in the nuclear power and fuel cycle markets
- Ensure active monitoring of markets, sector developments, and competition
- Identify, develop, and track potential markets as well as new growth niches
- Manage commercial offers, from their launch to negotiation and contractualization
- Contribute to the construction of offers in coordination with internal teams
- Define and propose the commercial strategy to optimize winning opportunities
- Prepare and ensure the internal presentation of offers to various stakeholders
- Ensure regular reporting of your activity and the development of the commercial portfolio
- Maintain and develop relationships with clients, particularly within the framework of projects under execution
- Collaborate closely with the Offers, Production, Projects, Quality teams and other company functions
- Participate in the long-term development of the nuclear activity and the growth of order intake
Work environment
You will work within a Business Unit dedicated to Nuclear, in a high-tech industrial environment and on projects with high technical stakes.The position involves frequent travel, particularly to meet clients and partners, in France and potentially internationally.
The profile we're looking for
You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5), such as an engineering degree with a focus on mechanics or a business degree, and you have proven experience of more than 5 years in the Nuclear sector, in nuclear power and/or the fuel cycle.
You have solid experience in business development in a complex industrial environment and know how to operate in interface with numerous internal and external stakeholders.
You have developed solid skills in the following areas
- Business development in the nuclear sector
- Prospecting and client portfolio development
- Management and steering of complex commercial offers
- Negotiation and contractualization
- Market analysis and competitive intelligence
- Construction and deployment of commercial strategies
- Customer relationship management
- Coordination of multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
Experience or knowledge in
- Nuclear power
- Fuel cycle
- Complex industrial environments
- Large-scale tender processes
- Engineering, production, or industrial project activities
will be particularly appreciated.

- Executive status with a 216-day annual package, i.e., approximately 2 weeks of RTT per year
- Remuneration starting from 70 K€ gross annually over 13 months, scalable according to profile
