As a true interface between the customer and the workshop, the After-Sales Customer Advisor is a key player in customer satisfaction. They welcome, advise, and accompany customers throughout the servicing of their vehicle.
On a daily basis, you will be required to:
✅ Welcome and advise customers on the maintenance and repair of their vehicle.
✅ Organize and plan interventions with technical teams.
✅ Write repair orders and ensure follow-up of the work.
✅ Propose complementary products and services.
✅ Return vehicles and manage customer relations.
✅ Participate in the commercial development of the company.

📋 Access conditions

1 training course with a CFA located in Lesquin + 1 position in the after-sales department of a dealership, within a large group that sells high-end vehicles.
The positions are based in the Hauts-de-France region: Dunkerque, Tourcoing, Hazebrouck, Villeneuve d'Ascq, Loison-Sous-Lens, Loos en Gohelle, Houplines, Dechy, Saint Léonard.
