
Job offer : Production Planning Coordinator (M/F)
The role
We are looking for a Planning, Scheduling, and Customer Service Manager (M/F). Their main mission will be the strategic and operational direction of the internal supply chain, coordinating the team under their responsibility to maximize factory productivity, ensuring excellent customer orientation, and optimizing the service level (OTIF).
The main responsibilities of the position will be
Team Leadership: coordinate, train, and manage the planning and customer service staff under their responsibility, promoting process standardization and team versatility.
Strategic Planning: oversee the comprehensive planning of base and decorated products, determining critical priorities and efficient resource allocation using advanced demand management systems.
Plant Load Analysis: perform continuous monitoring of the company's production capacity, preparing executive reports and making corrective decisions in scenarios of excess or lack of load.
Conflict Management: proactively resolve technical production constraints or personnel conflicts, always balancing industrial productivity with commercial demands.
Financial and Operational Optimization: define corrective actions for stock deviations, leading procedures to reduce Lead Time and working capital.
Customer Relations: develop efficient communication channels with key clients, ensuring high value-added service.
The profile we're looking for
Experience
Solid, demonstrable experience of at least 8 years leading planning, production scheduling, and S&OP process departments in industrial plants.
Proven experience in managing and developing direct work teams.
Education
University degree in Engineering, Industrial Organization, Operations Management, or similar. Postgraduate training in Supply Chain Management will be highly valued.
Languages
Bilingual in Spanish
C1 level in English
A third European language would be a plus
Skills
Essential advanced and strategic experience with SAP IBP as a key tool for integrated business planning.
Expert-level mastery of Excel for analyzing complex logistics scenarios and reporting.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and conflict mediation skills.
Strategic thinking, orientation towards financial results of operations, and business vision (Customer Centric).
