Product owner (M/F)

The role

Our IT-specialized team is recruiting for its client a Product Owner (M/F) for a 6-month service provision mission, renewable.

Start date: as soon as possible

Your main missions / responsibilities will be as follows

Product Structuring & Tooling : Take charge of internal tracking tools (devOps / project management) and organize the application backlog (arbitration of developments and MCO fixes).
Workload & Roadmap Management : Develop and manage a capacity planning model for ITSM solution (EasyVista) stakeholders and administrators, then build a clear and visual Product roadmap for the IT department.
Delivery Cadence : Drive daily agility (Scrum/Kanban rituals, stand-ups, planning), conduct user requirements gathering, and translate the strategic vision into operational user stories.
Support & PO Lead Facilitation : Free up time for the ITSM PO Lead by ensuring operational monitoring, removing technical blockers, and proposing key performance indicators (workload KPIs, velocity, milestones).

The profile we're looking for

Profile sought:

Experience and Training

At least 5 years of experience in a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Agile PMO position.

Technical skills

Proven mastery in creating and managing a workload plan / backlog tracking (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Monday, Wrike, Redmine).
Successful experience in designing a Product roadmap from scratch.
Solid culture of Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban) and ability to pace a project team.
Appetite and sensitivity to IT / ITSM environments.

Soft Skills

Rigor, method, and strong organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills, synthesis spirit, and pedagogical ease to unite stakeholders (PO Lead, administrators, users).

Remuneration: 3500€ per month
