Are you passionate about seafood and customer service? The Actual agency is recruiting a Fishmonger (m/f) for a long-term temporary assignment in Béthune.

Your daily missions

As a true expert in your department, you will be responsible for receiving and checking the quality of incoming shipments. You will ensure the setup and presentation of your stall to whet our customers' appetites. You will put your know-how into practice to prepare, cut, and fillet fish while advising customers with professionalism. Strict compliance with hygiene and food safety standards will be your priority.

Profile sought

You have successful experience in a fishmonger's shop and master the techniques for preparing seafood. Dynamic, rigorous, and endowed with an excellent sense of service, you are committed to satisfying your customers.

Job conditions

We offer a contract of 35 hours per week with an hourly rate of 13.30 euros gross.

The profile we're looking for

As a Fishmonger (m/f), you will be the guarantor of the quality and freshness of our seafood products. We are looking for a passionate candidate with solid professional experience of 3 years, allowing you to be immediately operational in the preparation and presentation of your stalls.

The ideal candidate holds a Level V qualification (BEP/CAP or equivalent) and demonstrates excellent mastery of cutting, scaling, and filleting techniques. Your sense of customer service, your rigor regarding food hygiene, and your ability to advise with expertise will make all the difference in our team.
