Job offer : PMO to the CTO – Industry & Embedded Systems (M/F) Guyancourt (78)

Reporting directly to the CTO of an industrial player, you will be their right-hand person in steering strategic projects within an environment of industrial projects and embedded systems. You will provide them with a clear, reliable, and up-to-date vision of priorities, risks, and trade-offs.

Your missions

• Structure and maintain a consolidated vision of the project portfolio

• Consolidate schedules, milestones, budgets, risks, and dependencies

• Identify warning signs and propose corrective action plans

• Prepare steering and management committees with clear, decision-oriented reporting

• Facilitate coordination between technical teams, business lines, and external partners

• Harmonize project management practices and tools

Your profile

• At least 5 years of experience in PMO, project management, program coordination, or portfolio steering

• Familiarity with industrial projects and embedded systems.

• Mastery of project management methods (V-model, Agile, or hybrid) and reporting tools

• Ability to synthesize, rigor, and ease in interacting with senior management
