The role

Our specialized IT team is recruiting for its client, a digital services company, an IT Infrastructure Pilot M/F for a 6-month renewable service provision in Nantes.

Start date: as soon as possible

Your main missions will be as follows:

Coordination of Group integration projects: Orchestrate convergence projects towards the parent company's information system, define planning (milestones, risks, deliverables), and lead progress meetings with all technical stakeholders.
Supervision of IT activity flow: Monitor the daily processing of requests (inquiries, anomalies, evolutions), arbitrate priorities for the infrastructure unit, and measure compliance with service level agreements.
Support for maintaining service quality (MCO): Assist teams in diagnosing malfunctions, contribute to resolution plans, and formalize operational documentation to ensure the reliability of environment continuity.

The profile we're looking for

Profile sought:

Experience and Training

Validated background in IT infrastructure environment or IT project coordination.
Experience desired in a context of merger, migration, or harmonization of information systems.

Technical skills

Project management methodologies (schedule management, deliverable tracking, reporting).
General knowledge of MCO and network/system infrastructure operations monitoring.
Mastery of meeting facilitation and risk management tools.

Soft Skills

Rigor, method, and multi-project organizational skills.
Interpersonal skills and ability to foster cooperation between internal and external teams.
Pragmatism, responsiveness, and solution-oriented mindset.

Schedule: Day shifts

Travel: once a month

Remuneration: 36000€ per year
