JOB SUMMARY

The main mission of the PEOPLE Trainee is to support the PEOPLE function through tasks linked to the employee lifecycle at the OEM Technology Center, thus complementing the knowledge acquired in the corresponding educational institution with practical experience.

The tasks will be related to different processes of the employee lifecycle, such as onboarding, recruitment, internal communication, and training, as well as administrative tasks for platform maintenance, documentation, and data management typical of the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department.

• Schedule: Preferably mornings, part-time

The main functions that the PEOPLE Trainee will perform are

1. Onboarding

2. Updating PEOPLE metrics tracking tools

3. Updating Job Descriptions

4. Management and coordination of Internships

5. Support in recruitment processes

6. Coordination of training activities

7. Support in internal communications

8. Support in PEOPLE area projects

Education

• Required: University student pursuing a degree in Labor Relations, Law, Business Administration and Management, Psychology, or related fields.

• Valued: Higher education than required, such as a master's degree or similar.

Additional skills and knowledge

• Advanced level of Office tools management.

• Languages: Spanish at a professional level and English B2, valued.
