The role
Job Offer: Thermoforming Operator (M/F)
As an operator, you will be responsible for operating thermoforming machines to transform plastic sheets or films into technical parts or packaging, while meeting quality requirements.
You will ensure the settings, monitoring, and first-level maintenance of the equipment.
Your missions will include
Preparing plastic materials according to production orders.
Setting up and starting thermoforming machines.
Checking the conformity of produced parts.
Performing cutting, deburring, and finishing operations if necessary.
Filling out production tracking documents and reporting anomalies.
Respecting safety, hygiene, and quality rules.
Working conditions
Work in a production workshop.
Shift work (2x8).
Wearing personal protective equipment.
The proposed salary is €12.31 per hour for a full-time position of 39 hours per week. + €5 MEAL ALLOWANCE + paid breaks, overtime paid at 25% above 35 hours + various annual bonuses
The profile we're looking for
Training / Experience: CAP/BEP or Bac Pro in plastics processing, industrial maintenance, or equivalent experience. Previous experience in thermoforming or plastics processing is a plus.
Required skills
Knowledge of thermoforming and plastics processing.
Reading technical plans and diagrams.
Mastery of measurement and quality control tools.
Ability to perform mechanical and thermal adjustments.
Notions of first-level maintenance.
Personal qualities
Rigor and precision.
Sense of organization.
Responsiveness to technical issues.
Taste for teamwork.
