The role

LEADER is recruiting an Operator Setter (m/f) for a position based in LOUE (72540).

Reporting to your Team Leader, you will carry out the settings of production equipment in compliance with hygiene, safety, and environmental procedures to ensure proper operation.

Your missions are:

to prepare production equipment to ensure optimal operation,
to ensure the disassembly and pre-cleaning of equipment,
to adapt equipment settings during production (1st level maintenance),
to carry out checks related to the settings made,
to monitor the production process and intervene or alert in case of malfunction,
to communicate about ongoing operations with operators and about malfunctions with the maintenance department,
to tidy up the work environment and clean the machine at the end of the day,

You will be required to work in shift hours.

The profile we're looking for

Profile of the candidate sought for the position of Setter (m/f)

Holding a CAP or BEP in Mechanical Systems Maintenance would be an asset.
Have a particular interest in technical tasks (setting, 1st level maintenance) and a strong taste for manual mechanical work.
Experience in the agri-food industry and having skills or knowledge in technical and mechanical setting is desired.
Rigor, autonomy, sense of observation, and ability to solve problems.
