Versatile Operator (M/F)

The role

Under the responsibility of the Operations Manager, you will actively participate in the life of the depot.

Your missions will be diverse.

At the counter:

Control and monitoring of the smooth running of tanker loading
Welcoming drivers, verifying the regulatory compliance of road vehicles, checking compliance with QHSE instructions by drivers as well as compliance in terms of quality and quantity of products to be loaded.
Assisting drivers in case of problems and performing first-level troubleshooting.

At the laboratory:

Qualitative checks of received or shipped products
Reception and handling of trucks to be unloaded

At the operations level:

Carrying out technical, operational, or administrative operations, in application of existing procedures, and according to the directives of the Terminal Manager or Operations Manager

Contribution to the quality management system (ISO 9001):

Compliance with current quality procedures and instructions
Verification of the compliance of operations performed
Reporting any anomaly or non-compliance to your hierarchy
Filling out tracking documents (traceability)

The profile we're looking for

Could it be you?

My client is looking for a profile with an aptitude for movement management procedures.

You possess knowledge of depot installation and the risks associated with products and fluids. As well as knowledge of hydraulic circuits and the process.

You have the ability to execute tasks in compliance with QHSE requirements and standards, and you know how to detect anomalies and report them to your hierarchy.

Proficiency in office and professional IT tools.

Professional English.

Contractual elements

Duration of the mission: As soon as possible - first contract of 3 months (possibility of renewal).

Salary: Between 25K to 30K over 13 months + Restaurant vouchers 12€ of which 5€ is the employee share + Transport bonus.

Hours 35H

Rotation: Morning 3:45 AM/10:35 AM
Afternoon 10:30 AM/5:20 PM
Day 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
VDV 5:30 AM to 12:00 PM
Saturday from 4:45 AM to 8:30 AM (one Saturday out of 5).
