The role
Missions
Image exploitation
- Ensure active real-time monitoring of video surveillance images (identify unusual behaviors or events...)
- Perform searches and verify situations based on reported images
- Use system functionalities: display, camera switching, image search, replay and extraction according to current regulations
- Ensure special monitoring during events or situations identified as sensitive
- Check equipment functionality and apply current procedures to trigger partners
Event and alarm management
- Identify and qualify situations requiring intervention
- Quickly transmit relevant information to the concerned services: municipal police, law enforcement, or technical services
- Process and follow up on events until their resolution or handling
- Process technical alarms by applying current procedures
- Fill in registers, logs, or IT tools provided for this purpose
- Immediately report any breakdown or anomaly affecting the video surveillance system according to current procedures
Image exploitation and storage
- Search and consult video sequences
- Perform image or sequence extractions in accordance with authorizations and internal procedures
- Fill in tracking logs to ensure traceability of extractions
- Ensure compliance with applicable storage durations and conditions.
Supervision center operation
- Strictly apply operational instructions and procedures
- Ensure continuity and quality of surveillance during service periods
- Participate in handovers between operators and shift changes.
- Report any technical, organizational, or operational difficulty to management.
Organization
3*12h work per week.
3 weeks of day shifts (7am/7pm), 3 weeks of night shifts (7pm/7am).
1 weekend worked every 3 weeks.
