Job offer : Cutting operator (M/F)

Join a dynamic team in Besançon as a Repetition press cutting operator (M/F). As part of a long-term assignment with a real prospect of being hired, you will join a high-performing industrial structure starting in August 2026.

Your main missions

You will be responsible for ensuring the production of parts on repetition and/or automatic presses. Your daily routine will consist of performing cutting, straightening, and finishing operations. You will guarantee the quality of your parts by carrying out checks at the beginning and end of the series as well as intermediate checks.

Your profile

You have significant experience in the precision cutting sector and mastery of repetition presses. You know how to read technical drawings, interpret a control range, and use measuring tools with precision such as calipers, micrometers, profile projectors, and Microvu.

Temporary employment contract

Day shift 35h with the possibility of switching to 2*8 team shifts

• Day: 7am-3pm from Monday to Thursday and 7am-12pm on Friday
• Morning: 6am - 1:30pm from Monday to Friday
• Afternoon: 1:15pm-9pm from Monday to Thursday and 1:15pm - 7:15pm on Friday

Remuneration: Hourly rate SMIC 12.31 €/ gross hour

Day shift bonuses: laundry allowance 0.60 € net per day worked + restaurant vouchers after 3 months of seniority

Team shift bonuses: laundry allowance 0.60 € net per day worked + day meal allowance at 7€/ net per day worked + team bonus

To fill the position of Cutting operator (repetition press), we are looking for a dynamic person ideally possessing a first successful experience in an industrial environment or on cutting machines.

Your ability to read and interpret technical documents as well as your ease with measuring tools will be decisive assets to ensure the quality and precision of your cuts.

We expect a candidate who demonstrates rigor, vigilance, and a strong team spirit in order to ensure compliance with production rates and safety instructions in force within the workshop.

A CAP or BEP training in mechanics or production engineering is appreciated, but your interpersonal skills and your motivation to invest yourself long-term in our structure are the most important criteria for succeeding in this mission.
