Job offer : Production Operator (M/F)

We are currently supporting one of our clients, a player in the road infrastructure sector, in the recruitment of a Production Operator (M/F) for their asphalt manufacturing site.

Do you want to evolve in an industrial and technical environment, at the heart of production intended for road construction sites? This position will allow you to actively participate in the manufacturing, production monitoring, and proper functioning of an asphalt plant.

Your missions

Reporting to the Station Manager, you ensure the smooth running of production operations and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and performance requirements.

In this capacity, your main missions will be

Organize and monitor production: ensure the preparation and monitoring of manufacturing, respect the formulations defined by the Technical Department, and guarantee daily production targets.

Control and manage manufacturing: monitor manufacturing processes, perform visual checks of finished products, and report any anomalies or malfunctions.

Ensure administrative monitoring of production: fill in production logs, production reports, and site monitoring documents.

Manage flows and supplies: monitor stock levels, ensure proper use of equipment, and contribute to the fluidity of truck rotations.

Participate in facility maintenance: contribute to maintenance, overhaul, repair, and calibration operations of equipment, in liaison with technical teams.

Coordinate site needs: participate in the validation of customer orders, organize manufacturing and deliveries taking into account deadlines and temperature constraints.

Ensure compliance with QSE rules: apply site procedures, participate in internal audits and regulatory checks, and guarantee compliance with loading and unloading protocols.

You have a vocational training background (Bac professionnel) to BTS level in electrotechnics, electromechanics, industrial maintenance, or an equivalent field.

You appreciate technical and industrial environments and ideally have knowledge in production, equipment maintenance, or manufacturing processes.

Rigorous, organized, and responsive, you know how to follow procedures, identify anomalies, and ensure the traceability of your activity. You also enjoy teamwork and exchanges with the various site stakeholders: technical teams, transporters, suppliers, and site managers.

Experience in an industrial environment or in the asphalt and public works sector will be an asset.
