Job offer : HVAC Commissioning Technician (M/F)

Reporting to the Business Manager / Technical Manager, you will intervene at the end of the construction site for the commissioning and optimization of HVAC installations.

Your main missions

Control and verification: Perform preliminary checks before starting up the installations (compliance with plans, electrical and hydraulic checks).

Commissioning

Start and adjust equipment (air handling units, chillers, boilers, heat pumps, hydraulic and air networks).

Balancing and adjustments

Adjust flow rates (air/water), pressures, and temperatures to ensure thermal comfort while optimizing energy consumption.

Automation and Regulation

Configure and test PLCs, thermostats, and Building Management Systems (BMS).

Acceptance and delivery

Carry out the lifting of reservations, write intervention reports/commissioning minutes, and train users/clients on how to handle the equipment.

Remuneration according to profile.

Profile sought: Education: Bac+2/3 degree in Climate or Energy Engineering (BTS FED, DUT/BUT GTE, Professional License HVAC or equivalent).

Experience: You have successful experience of at least 3 years in a similar position or as an expert HVAC intervention technician.

Technical skills

Mastery of hydraulic and air balancing techniques.

Good knowledge of electricity, regulation, and automation.

Up-to-date electrical authorizations (BR/BC/B2V) and refrigerant handling certificate (a plus).

Personal qualities: Rigor, autonomy, analytical mind, and good interpersonal skills with clients and construction teams.

Driving license B mandatory (daily travel).
