The role

Reporting to the workshop manager, you will participate in the complete manufacturing of custom-made sub-assemblies and welded mechanical equipment:

Decipher and use technical manufacturing drawings.

Prepare, cut, and position metal parts (mainly steel).

Assemble and tack-weld elements according to required tolerances.

Perform welding using the MAG steel process (TIG or coated electrode processes depending on configurations).

Ensure straightening after welding to guarantee the geometry of the parts.

Perform dimensional and visual inspection of your welds before finishing/assembly.

Work rhythm: 4-day week (35 hours), enjoy a 3-day weekend every week.

Environment: work exclusively in the workshop, modern tools, close-knit and passionate team.

The profile we're looking for

Education: CAP/BEP to Bac Pro in boilermaking, metalwork, locksmithing, or welding (or equivalent field experience).

Technical skills: proven mastery of the MIG/MAG welding process, easy reading of industrial drawings, and precise handling of workshop tools (grinder, press brake, saw).

Soft skills: rigor in execution, attention to detail, and a taste for neat and robust work.
