The role
The Leader Montaigu agency supports you in your job search and is currently recruiting for a Automotive electrical mechanic (M/F) position in the Montaigu-Vendée area.
You will join a dynamic structure where you will ensure technical excellence on our clients' vehicles.
Your main mission is to guarantee the diagnosis, maintenance, repair, and control of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
Your missions
Diagnostic Expertise: You carry out complete diagnostics using manufacturer and multi-brand tools to identify mechanical and electronic anomalies.
Maintenance and Repair: You take care of overhauls, oil changes, replacement of filters and mechanical components (engines, gearboxes, clutches, braking, etc.) as well as complex electrical repairs (batteries, computers, harnesses, charging systems).
Electronic Diagnostics: You master diagnostic scanners for parameterization, coding, updates, and clearing faults.
Quality and Customer Relations: You ensure compliance of interventions, carry out road tests, and provide quality customer feedback, while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Job conditions
Contract of 39 hours per week: 8am-12pm/2pm-6pm from Monday to Friday
Remuneration between 2400€ and 2600€/gross monthly depending on experience.
The position is to be filled as soon as possible.

The profile we're looking for
You are passionate about your profession and you possess solid technical expertise acquired through at least 2 years of experience in the sector.
Do you hold a CAP in automotive maintenance, a BAC Pro in automotive maintenance, or a BTS in vehicle maintenance?
You master:
- The operation of onboard electronic systems
- Great rigor in interventions
- Performing precise diagnostics
- A sense of customer service is one of the essential assets to ensure customer satisfaction and quality of service
- Knowledge of hybrid and electric vehicles is an appreciated plus
