The role
Whether you have the diploma in hand, years under the hood, or both: our client is looking for their future Heavy Goods Vehicle Mechanic (M/F) in Loudéac (22600) to join a stimulating and diverse environment.
Your missions
Integrated into a dynamic workshop team, you will ensure the maintenance and repair of a varied fleet of industrial vehicles (HGV and LGV). You will intervene with responsiveness to limit truck downtime and ensure driver safety:
- Identify breakdowns, malfunctions, and parts to be replaced.
- Draw up quotes and contact various suppliers for ordering parts.
- Carry out mechanical repairs upon receipt of equipment.
- Return vehicles to drivers or owners promptly after intervention.
- Rigorously ensure the safety standards of rolling stock.
Conditions and benefits:
We offer a permanent contract (CDI) of 38 hours/week with a preserved work-life balance: enjoy a 4-day long weekend every two weeks. The hourly rate is between €12 and €16 depending on your experience. You will also benefit from quality bonuses (€45/month), meal vouchers (€9/day worked), health insurance, and a profit-sharing scheme.

The profile we're looking for
Training: Holder of a diploma in vehicle maintenance (HGV option preferred).
Experience: First successful experience in heavy goods vehicle mechanics, OR profile from automotive mechanics, agricultural machinery, or industrial maintenance wishing to upgrade skills in HGV.
Qualities: Technical rigor, diagnostic sense, team spirit, and responsiveness
