A solid mission

Security, risk prevention and depot compliance

• You will lead the Health and Safety culture of the store among the teams and guarantee the application of rules relating to the protection of people, property and service providers;

• You will identify risk situations, analyze incidents and manage corrective action plans in collaboration with store management;

• You will guarantee the proper maintenance of regulatory obligations and security rituals;

• You will ensure the monitoring of service providers, building maintenance and actions contributing to the protection of the company's assets;

• You will analyze and lead action plans allowing the control of shrinkage and store losses.

Operational reliability and respect for the commercial concept

• You will carry out the monitoring and analysis of the store's operational indicators, identify gaps and support the teams in the implementation of improvement plans: stock reliability, price reliability, application of Brico Dépôt compact concept standards...

Field leadership and continuous improvement

• You will lead security and operational excellence routines with store managers;

• You will develop the skills of employees through training, support and the transmission of best practices;

• You will participate in the store CODIR and contribute to the continuous improvement of operational performance.

Your keys to a successful experience with us

• You know Health and Safety rules. Ideally, you have at least a SSIAP 1;
• You want to put your experience and skills to good use, with at least 2 to 3 years in similar positions;
• You master ERP regulations;
• You are comfortable with Excel and IT tools in general;
• You have already worked in a store, understood stock management, shrinkage analysis, operational merchandising;
• You have a sense of customer service;
