The role
Your missions
As a member of the store's Management Committee and a hands-on person, you will develop your sector by implementing the brand's commercial concept. You are committed to customer satisfaction by monitoring competitors and ensuring optimal management of supplies and stocks.
As a hands-on professional, you will manage a team of 8 to 15 employees (department managers, sales staff) and develop their skills (training, recruitment, internal mobility).
As a savvy manager, you will track stocks, define sales prices, develop turnover and margins, and participate in product arrival choices.

The profile we're looking for
Profile sought
With a degree from Bac+2 to Bac+5, you already have at least 3 years of experience in the retail sector (GSA, GSB, or GSS).
Beyond your education and experience, we are looking for a profile
Who has already managed a team of 8 to 15 people,
Who has managed an operating account (turnover) of several million euros per year.
Your sense of commerce, your leadership, and your rigor will be your best assets to succeed and evolve within our brand.
