Job offer : Checkout and Customer Service Manager (M/F) LILLE (59)

In direct contact with your Manager, you supervise a team of Checkout Supervisors and Cashiers (M/F), for whom you ensure management, training on tools and procedures, and efficient scheduling based on store activity.

You are responsible for the application of procedures and rules related to customer checkout.

Also in charge of the store's reception, you are responsible for welcoming and informing customers, handling merchandise returns, refunds, and telephone inquiries.

You may be required to work at a checkout.

You have significant experience of at least three years, ideally acquired in the retail sector.

Your listening and management skills, combined with your rigor and interpersonal skills, will be major assets for succeeding in this position.
