Production Manager (M/F)

We are currently looking for a Production Manager (M/F) to join the construction team and master our ecosystem: commercial premises, hotels, workspaces, and offices.

Your main tasks will be

• Plan and organize all necessary activities for the correct execution of the work in order to meet deadlines or reduce them

• Negotiate and obtain the best contracting alternative for suppliers/subcontractors in terms of quality, price, and execution deadlines

• Carry out the monthly economic closing to meet the planned objective, considering incurred costs, payments, and the volume of work executed, as well as deviations produced in the period to comply with regulations

• Minimize rework in the after-sales period

• Establish a relationship of trust and be proactive with the client and the project management to ensure loyalty

• Control all safety measures and compliance with the safety plan

• Manage company documentation regarding established procedures in compliance with ISO standards

Desirable requirements

• Education in Technical Architecture, Civil Engineering, or similar

• Previous experience as a Production Manager (M/F)

• High level of English
