We are currently looking for a Senior Building Site Manager (M/F), whose main tasks will be

• Define, schedule, and organize all project activities to ensure execution according to planned deadlines and quality, environmental, and safety standards.

• Perform periodic monitoring of project progress, analyzing deviations, and proposing corrective actions when necessary.

• Prepare the monthly economic closing, analyzing incurred costs, payments, executed production, and possible deviations from the target budget.

• Build and maintain a relationship of trust with the client and the project management to favor the correct evolution of the project and the satisfaction of all parties.

• Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of certifications, invoicing, internal reports, and economic closings.

• Apply Group methodologies, supervise the circular economy principles defined by Grupo Construcía on the project, and ensure the correct implementation of the Lean2Cradle methodology in all phases.

Desirable requirements

• Studies in technical architecture or engineering in public works, civil engineering, or roads, canals, and ports.

• Previous experience as a Site Manager in building projects of at least 8 years.

• Basic training in OHS (60 hours).

• Knowledge of Presto (user level), Autocad (intermediate level), and Navision (intermediate/advanced level).

• High level of English (C1).

• We are looking for a person with high organizational capacity, analytical thinking, and negotiation skills, as well as customer orientation.
