Mechanical Installation Site Manager in Mallorca (M/F)!

Are you a professional in the installation sector (HVAC and mechanical) looking to lead the execution of high-level projects? This is your opportunity!

About the project: You will be part of a leading company, specialized in comprehensive projects for the hospitality sector (hotels and resorts) and the premium residential sector. You will manage demanding projects, including mechanical installations in luxury chalets and villas with installation budgets between €150K and €200K.

Your mission: As a Site Manager (M/F), you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and comprehensive supervision of the installations. You will ensure compliance with deadlines, budget, quality, and safety, optimizing resources and coordinating teams on the ground.

What will be your main functions?

• Comprehensive Management: Monthly cost control, invoicing, settlement, and project closure.

• Execution and Supervision: Project layout, supervision of assembly, finishes, and commissioning of refrigeration and climate control installations.

• Purchasing and Suppliers: Selection of subcontractors and management of material procurement.

• Quality and HSE: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental management, and resolution of non-conformities.

• Communication: Direct relationship with project management, clients, technicians, and suppliers.

What profile are we looking for exactly?

• Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Site Manager (M/F) managing mechanical/HVAC installations.
• Background: It is essential to come from the installation company sector.
• Education: Preferably a degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, etc.).
• Technical knowledge: Proficiency in AutoCAD, office software, refrigeration machinery, and construction/HSE regulations.
• Languages: A high level of English and/or French is valued but not mandatory.
• Location: Mallorca.
