Site Manager (M/F)
A leading company in the construction and engineering sector is looking to hire a Site Manager (M/F) to lead the comprehensive execution of projects, ensuring compliance with established technical, economic, deadline, quality, safety, and sustainability objectives.Job Mission
Ensure the correct execution of works in terms of planning, quality, safety, environment, profitability, and customer satisfaction, aligning project management with the company's internal standards.

We are moving away from public works and the residential sector to focus on unique projects of great architectural and technical value.
What kind of projects will you lead? Your activity will focus on the Barcelona metropolitan area, managing works for:
Corporate Headquarters: State-of-the-art offices and disruptive workspaces.
Premium Retail: Flagships and commercial premises for top-tier brands.
Hospitality: High-end hotels and leisure spaces.
Main Functions
Project Planning and Management
Plan, organize, and coordinate all activities necessary for the correct execution of the work, identifying milestones and the critical path.
Perform periodic monitoring of the planning, detecting deviations, and proposing corrective actions.
Manage change orders and project modifications, evaluating their technical and economic impact.
Ensure compliance with contractual deadlines and economic project objectives.
Have in-depth knowledge of contractual clauses regarding deadlines, milestones, penalties, and economic conditions.
Economic and Contractual Management
Prepare, validate, and monitor monthly certifications, invoicing, and collections.
Economically plan the project (production, costs, and cash flow), consistent with the temporal planning.
Establish and supervise the cost control system, identifying deviations from the initial budget.
Perform monthly economic closures and propose corrective measures to ensure the achievement of objectives.
Define, coordinate, and execute the purchasing and contracting plan for suppliers and subcontractors.
Team Management and Leadership
Lead and coordinate technical and operational teams on-site, ensuring correct task assignment.
Evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and promoting professional development.
Detect training needs and promote capacity building, mentoring, and support actions.
Foster a collaborative, motivating, and results-oriented work environment.
Participate in the development of career plans for team members, aligning their skills with the needs of the project and the company.
Client and External Stakeholder Relations
Act as the main point of contact with the client and the Site Management, ensuring fluid and transparent communication.
Manage client expectations and potential project changes.
Build trust-based relationships aimed at continuous improvement of results and customer satisfaction.
Minimize rework at provisional handover and reduce incidents during the after-sales period.
Safety, Quality, and Environment
Know, apply, and enforce the Health and Safety Plan or Preventive Management Document, as well as internal OHS procedures.
Ensure the use of PPE and the correct implementation of collective protection measures.
Ensure the Coordination of Business Activities with subcontractors and freelancers.
Lead safety from management, integrating it into daily, weekly, and monthly planning.
Participate in and lead OHS coordination meetings and periodic safety inspections.
Report, investigate, and lead the management of incidents and accidents.
Organize and implement the Emergency and Evacuation Plan for the site.
Apply the Waste Management Plan, Quality Control Plan, and Environmental Surveillance Plan.
Integrate environmental and quality management into site planning.
Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Lead and coordinate the internal team, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Represent the company on-site, assuming direct responsibility for execution and safety.
Stop activity in situations of serious and imminent risk, communicating it to your superior.
Promote a culture of prevention, environmental awareness, and continuous improvement.
Assume legal responsibilities derived from site management in accordance with current regulations.
Requirements
Education
Technical university degree (Technical Architecture, Public Works Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Technical/Industrial Engineering with a specialty in electrical/mechanical or similar).
Training in Occupational Risk Prevention (minimum 60 hours – basic level).
Experience
At least 3 years of experience as a Site Manager (M/F).
Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and in different geographical locations.
Experience managing multiple teams and projects simultaneously.
Knowledge
Tool proficiency: Presto or RIB4, AutoCAD, management ERP (user level), and Office (intermediate/high level).
High level of English (C1).
