We are currently looking for a Group Manager (M/F), whose main tasks will be

• Manage and direct teams, assigning personnel resources to construction sites.
  

• Control the execution of assigned works, in terms of deadlines, cost, quality, environment, and prevention.
  

• Approve the contracting of materials, subcontractors, and cost optimization.
  

• Monthly monitoring of ongoing works.
  

• Control deviations in both costs and execution of ongoing works.
  

• Negotiation with subcontractors for the execution of work units.
  

• Liaison with the Site Management.
  

• Maintain signed preventive documentation for the works under their responsibility.
  

Desirable requirements

• Studies in technical architecture or Engineering in Public Works, Civil, or Roads, Canals, and Ports.
  

• Previous experience as a Group Manager (M/F) in building projects of at least 4 years.
  

• Basic training in OHS (60 hours).
  

• Knowledge of Presto at user level, Autocad at intermediate level, and Navision at intermediate/high level.
  High level of English (C1).
  

We are looking for a person with high organizational capacity, analytical thinking, and negotiation skills as well as customer orientation.
