Job descriptionAt the interface between R&D and Production, you transform design choices into robust and reproducible industrial processes. You support the transition from prototype to series production, in the context of developing new devices and ramping up existing products.

Specifically

• ▪️ Define and qualify equipment, tooling, ranges, and control plans
• ▪️ Ensure process reliability and keep industrial data up to date
• ▪️ Manage structured problem-solving for processes and resources
• ▪️ Monitor capacities, cycle times, and FPY, and define action plans
• ▪️ Master the introduction of product and process modifications into production
• ▪️ Train operators on new standards

Your profileMaster's degree in engineering, experience in industrialization and tooling design. LEAN/VSM/5S, FMEA, Cp/Cpk, CAD (ideally SolidWorks).

A plus: ERP/MES, technical English.
