Job offer : HVAC Expert Engineer (M/F)

Job DescriptionAs a true technical conductor based in our Paris agency, you will work mainly in the IDF region. Your missions will be as follows:

Expertise & Audit

• Carry out technical expertise with dating of installations (maintenance quality, design, performance).

• Conduct studies and cost estimates for compliance, renovation, and energy improvement.

• Define future energy consumption objectives.

Operational Monitoring & Works

• Ensure the management, monitoring, and acceptance of works.

• Manage the handover of HVAC and smoke extraction installations between different service providers.

• Ensure continuous monitoring of operations via periodic meetings with the project owner and service providers.

Financial Management & Consulting

• Ensure financial monitoring and produce the annual summary.

• Provide Project Management Assistance (AMO) on specific projects.

Profile soughtIdeally with a Bac+3 or professional license background, you have at least 8 years of experience in collective boiler rooms in management and administration. Internal training on our tools and the profession of Climate Engineering Consulting will be provided to the candidate.
