Patent Engineer (M/F)

The role

We are looking for our client, an intellectual property firm, for a Patent Engineer (M/F) specialized in materials science, physics, and mechanics to join its Parisian team.

Your missions

Actively intervene in the fields of materials, physics, and mechanics.
Support clients (French and foreign) in obtaining their rights: drafting patent applications and monitoring examination procedures in France and abroad.
Manage and gradually develop a dedicated client portfolio.
Carry out opposition procedures before the European Patent Office (EPO), freedom-to-operate analyses, as well as handle litigation, disputes, and contractual aspects.

The profile we're looking for

You have at least 5 years of professional experience in an Industrial Property Consulting Firm. Solid skills in composite materials, including the production of fibrous reinforcements (draping, 3D weaving, etc.). Languages: Fluent/professional English essential. Interpersonal skills: Team spirit, rigor, proactivity, and strong commitment to the clientele.

Weekly duration 39h/ Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM, meal vouchers (value of €9.50), 50% transport coverage by the employer.
