Job offer : Experienced Payroll Manager (M/F)
The role
We are looking for a Payroll Manager (M/F) to strengthen our Human Resources team. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will ensure the complete management of the payroll process and guarantee the reliability of employee remuneration elements in compliance with current social regulations. You will be responsible for collecting, checking, and processing the data necessary for the preparation of pay slips, ensure the administrative monitoring of personnel files, and support employees and managers on topics related to payroll and personnel administration. You will contribute to securing payroll practices, complying with social obligations, and continuously improving HR processes.
As a Payroll Manager, you will manage and monitor the entire payroll process, ensuring the reliability of the processed data and compliance with social and regulatory obligations.
Your main missions will be
- Collect, check, and process variable payroll elements (bonuses, absences, overtime, leave, etc.)
- Carry out the verification of pay slips up to the preparation of final settlement statements
- Prepare and monitor salary transfers in compliance with defined deadlines
- Carry out mandatory social declarations and ensure compliance with social charges
- Manage the administrative handling of work stoppages and monitor various absences
- Follow up on provident files in connection with the relevant organizations
- Guarantee the reliability of payroll data, the confidentiality of processed information, and compliance with internal procedures
- Manage part of personnel administration
You play a key role in securing payroll processes and supporting employees on topics related to their remuneration and administrative situation.
The profile we're looking for
With a higher education degree in payroll, human resources, or administrative management, you ideally have at least 5 years of experience in payroll management.
Rigorous, organized, and possessing strong analytical skills, you master the various stages of the payroll process, from processing variable elements to checking payslips and preparing final settlement documents. You are comfortable with personnel administrative management and monitoring social obligations.
You demonstrate reliability, discretion, and confidentiality in handling sensitive data related to employee remuneration. Your ability to meet deadlines, your sense of service, and your interpersonal skills allow you to effectively support employees and various internal stakeholders.
Autonomous, methodical, and proactive, you contribute to securing payroll processes and continuously improving administrative and HR practices.
