Job offer : Residence Manager (M/F)

Reporting hierarchically to the Sector Manager, to whom you provide regular information updates, you will work in close collaboration with all the Caretakers in your sector and work in pairs with another Residence Manager.

Your main mission is to ensure a daily presence within several residences located in the department, by guaranteeing the quality of life of the tenants and representing Batigère to them as well as to external stakeholders.

In this capacity, you will perform the following missions

• Manage the living environment: ensure the monitoring of cleaning service contracts and household waste treatment in each of the residences.
• Ensure direct control of maintenance services (ratings, implementation of monitoring indicators, etc.).
• Provide support to the residences in the sector in the event of the Caretaker's absence (leave, illness, etc.).
• Guarantee the maintenance and technical management of the property: ensure daily technical monitoring of the property through security visits.
• Follow up on routine maintenance work and relocation projects, and produce work sheets as well as cost estimates.
• Manage customer relations and tenant support: ensure move-in and move-out inspections and guarantee the proper transmission of information to tenants via display or mail for individuals.
• Assist the Sector Manager and Technical Managers for complex files requiring an assessment in the dwellings (mold, condensation, cracks, floods, blockages).
• Participate in social management and local partnership: guide tenants in case of difficulties, work on the "Bien Habiter" (Living Well) approach and participate in events, festivities or actions aimed at creating social ties in the neighborhoods.

Conditions of exercise: You are in charge of several sites located in Argenteuil, two sites in Herblay and one site in Montigny. These sites are not very recent and combine several technical structural and housing issues, requiring good management and understanding of these challenges. This position is full-time (35h/week) on-site (telework not authorized).

Building on your training and/or professional experience, you demonstrate a first level of knowledge of building trades and you master the basic safety rules. You also know the rights and obligations of tenants, which allows you to guide them and respond effectively to their questions or difficulties.

Operationally, you are fully comfortable with computer tools, an essential skill to successfully carry out the drafting of your reports, cost estimates and work sheets.

Personally, you are organized, rigorous and have a constant concern for work well done. Your versatility and responsiveness allow you to adapt quickly to the various technical or social hazards encountered on your property. Endowed with a strong sense of customer service and a real team spirit, you enjoy working in pairs and know how to deal with conflict situations while maintaining your professionalism.
