Job offer : Payroll Manager (M/F)

Your missions

• Client portfolio management: taking full charge of a diversified portfolio of VSEs/SMEs (catering, BTP, crafts, retail, services, etc.).
• Payroll production: collection of variables, calculation, and preparation of all payslips.
• Social declaration management: establishment, control, and electronic transmission of DSN, as well as managing relations with social organizations.
• Personnel administration: daily monitoring of the employee life cycle (entries/exits, contracts, DUE, work stoppages, absences, STC).
• Advice and client relations: support and provision of operational responses to clients regarding their current payroll and labor law issues.
• Regulatory monitoring: tracking legal and social developments and applicable collective agreements to ensure file compliance.

• You have mastered the SILAE software perfectly.
• You are rigorous, organized, and punctual.
• As client contact is an integral part of daily life, you demonstrate a real sense of service.

Benefits

• Permanent contract (CDI) 39h / week.
• Indicative remuneration: €28,000 - €31,000 depending on profile and experience
• Annual balance sheet bonus (between €500 and €2000)
• 1 day of remote work per week
• RTT (Reduced Working Time)
