Job offer : Payroll and Billing Manager (M/F)
The role
We are looking for a billing and payroll manager (M/F) for our management center for a 6-month fixed-term contract (CDD).
In liaison with employment agencies, the billing and payroll manager actively contributes to the quality of service delivery by taking charge of processing payroll for temporary staff and client invoices within the framework of internal procedures and compliance with legislation.
Your main missions will be as follows
- Ensure the processing of timesheets from the management center agencies
- Enter and check payroll variables
- Enter and check weekly advances
- Manage client billing for the management center: check data reliability, carry out the weekly and monthly billing procedure, send invoices to clients according to their specific requirements
- Ensure the application of framework agreements and service offers
- Ensure the transparent handling of client disputes
- Carry out the monthly payroll process
- Provide 1st-level payroll and billing support to the management center agencies
- Ensure the application of current regulations and advise on compliance with ACTUAL organizational requirements
- Ensure good internal communication with the network of employment agencies and the group's support services
- Participate and get involved in continuous improvement initiatives and projects of the management center
The profile we're looking for
PROFILE
With a BAC+2 level education in Management, you have initial experience in a similar position and ideally knowledge of the temporary work sector. This position is also open to holders of a professional qualification as a "Payroll Manager."
You are recognized for your rigor, your method, and your organization.
Your adaptability and interpersonal skills will allow you to successfully carry out the assigned missions. You feel ready to work in a team.
