The role

Context and environment: You will join the Parliamentary and Social Management Department. More specifically, you will join the Parliamentary Financial Management division, a structure of 20 people. On a daily basis, you will work within an office of six people dedicated to welcoming and supporting deputies and their collaborators, whom they recruit under private law contracts. Your missions: You will actively participate in the smooth running of the division. Your responsibilities are as follows: Reception and advice: You will ensure the reception (physical, telephone, and email) and information of deputies and their collaborators on questions falling under your division. Administrative and payroll follow-up: You will manage daily allowances in the event of staff leave, as well as the situation of staff seconded to deputies. Accounting and tools: You will prepare payroll mandates and revenue titles for the division. You will also participate in testing SAP software developments in your areas of intervention. Financial management: Additionally, on an occasional basis, you may be required to monitor parliamentary allowances, collaborator credit, and parliamentary operating endowments.

Salary: Between 35 K and 40 K gross/annually

The profile we're looking for

Training: You hold a Bachelor's degree or an L3 in Administrative Management (or equivalent). Experience: You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of administrative management or payroll, ideally acquired within an administration, a public establishment, or a local authority. Technical skills: You are proficient in Excel and common office tools. You have an interest in human resources as well as accounting mechanisms. Note: no prior level on SAP is required, training will be provided when you take up your position. Soft skills: You have a taste for contact and a strong aptitude for teamwork. You demonstrate rigor, method, responsiveness, and adaptability. Discretion and confidentiality are absolute qualities for this position. You will also be required to maintain good relations with the DSI and treasury teams.
