ACTUAL is recruiting for one of its clients, a leader in clearance sales in France, Store Manager Agents (M/F) in Landivisiau (29).

A management mandate is a method of operating a business where the Manager Agent runs a store. The Manager Agent (M/F) creates their company with a reduced investment and simplified operations, then operates a store while benefiting from support regarding store operations and the proper application of the company's concept.

On a daily basis, you will spend 80% of your time on operations: Receiving shipments, unloading trucks, stocking shelves, processing payments, and customer relations. 20% of your time will be dedicated to: Recruitment, team scheduling, accounting, and monitoring indicators.

The profile we're looking for
Profile sought
You have energy, leadership, commercial sense, a taste for challenges, autonomy, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
You are currently a store manager, assistant manager, department head, manager, sales representative, entrepreneur... or you wish to give a new impetus to your career.
- We are looking above all for a personality, a commercial temperament, and a genuine desire to undertake.
- Previous experience in retail, distribution, management, or managing a point of sale is a real asset.
