Job offer : Hygiene and Cleaning Trainer - CHALONS EN CHAMPAGNE (M/F)

As part of the launch of a training program open to job seekers with the objective of obtaining the APH professional title "Cleaning and Hygiene Agent", we are currently looking for a technical trainer for cleaning and hygiene agents.

Given that the public is often far from employment and sometimes of foreign origin, it is essential to possess skills or initial experience in French as a Foreign Language (FLE). You will work in collaboration with the lead trainer of the program and under the directives of the market manager.

Missions

• Support for the APH Cleaning and Hygiene Agent professional title: participation in candidate selection, preparation and arrangement of equipment and premises, technical training of candidates in accordance with the professional title REAC, preparation and correction of practical exercises as well as mock exams, monitoring of the professional file and ECF booklets, assistance in finding immersion sites, internship visits, combating dropout coaching

Profile sought

• FPA professional title, ideally APH professional title and/or experience as a TP juror.
• 3 years of required experience in the field of expertise:
• Mastery of manual and mechanical techniques
• Mastery of the TP APH reference framework
• Mastery of support and training techniques for a group of learners
• Experience with foreign public, far from employment (ideally FLE).
• Public in integration, far from employment which requires a capacity for adaptation and mobilization of the trainer.
• You are a good communicator with a great team spirit, flexible and autonomous.

Job condition

• Contract type: CDD from 01/10/2025 to 26/02/26,
• 36h per week full time / renewable in case of other training
• Open to independent statuses.
• You must be fully available during this period
• Travel to internship locations; staggered hours
• Remuneration: 2400 euros gross (with 6 days of RTT per year)
