What will be your mission? Your mission will be to contribute to the protection of the company's systems, infrastructures, and digital assets, identifying risks, reinforcing security controls, and helping to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information.

You will work in collaboration with IT, development, and operations teams to integrate cybersecurity best practices into the organization's systems, applications, and technological processes.

What will be your responsibilities?

• Systems and infrastructure security: supervise and reinforce the security of networks, servers, corporate systems, and cloud environments.

• Vulnerability management: identify, analyze, and prioritize vulnerabilities, coordinating the application of corrective and preventive measures.

• Monitoring and incident response: collaborate in the detection, investigation, and resolution of security incidents.

• Technological risk management: assess risks, propose mitigation measures, and contribute to the continuous improvement of security controls.

• Cloud security: participate in the implementation of security best practices in AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.

• Policies and compliance: collaborate in the definition and maintenance of security policies, procedures, and controls, taking as a reference standards such as ISO 27001 and NIST.

• Cross-functional collaboration: work with technical teams to incorporate security from the initial design phases and throughout the systems' lifecycle.

What are we looking for?

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Cybersecurity, or related fields, or equivalent professional experience.

• Experience in IT cybersecurity, secure systems administration, or protection of technological infrastructures.

• Solid knowledge of network security, operating systems, identity management, and access control.

• Experience in vulnerability analysis, risk management, and incident response.

• Knowledge of security in cloud environments and monitoring tools.

• Familiarity with security standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or CIS Controls.

• Analytical capacity, problem-solving orientation, and attention to detail.

• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

It will be especially valued

• Experience in EnergyTech companies, utilities, renewable energy, or digitized industrial environments.

• Knowledge of OT/ICS cybersecurity, SCADA systems, or industrial protocols.

• Experience with SIEM, EDR/XDR tools, and vulnerability management platforms.

• Professional certifications such as Security+, CISSP, CISM, or specializations in cloud security.

• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks applicable to the energy sector, such as NIS2, where appropriate.
